Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect certain information when you use our app, such as:

• What device you are using to access our app
• What country you are accessing our app from
• What app version you are using
• Times you are active in the app
• Location tracking:
  • Ride managers can start location tracking to map the path of a loop. This data is saved on our servers to create maps that riders can follow.
  • Riders can enable location tracking on ride day to help them follow predefined loop paths, and may choose to send the data to the server, which will be saved in order to enable post ride analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for various purposes, including:

• Displaying ride loops and associated data to help riders plan and navigate during rides.
• Tracking and saving location data on ride day for features like post-ride analytics, including route visualization, average speed, and distance covered.
• Displaying a small profile photo which may be provided by users, next to rides they have indicated they will be participating in

Data Deletion Request

Users can request the deletion of all data collected from their account by emailing enduranceriderapp@gmail.com. Additionally, users have the option to delete their entire account directly on the Delete Account page.

For location data, users will have the flexibility to manage their data directly in the app:

• Delete location data associated with individual rides by accessing the ride sessions page.
• Delete all saved location data at once through the app settings.

These options will empower users to maintain control over their personal data, aligning with our commitment to privacy.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or method of storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your information.
